Fly in my pizza

I’m disappointed with the service I received from Debonairs Pizza at Delft Mall.

I placed an order for collection and received a call saying my pizza was ready. During the call, the staff member spoke in an unprofessional tone, which I chose to overlook. When I arrived, there was no one at the counter, and I was then told my pizza was still in the oven — despite being told it was ready.

The experience was frustrating, and to make matters worse, the quality of the pizza was also disappointing when I got home.

I also lodged a complaint and have not received any call or email in response, even though their stated turnaround time is one business day. The lack of follow-up is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.

I expected much better from Debonairs Pizza and hope this is addressed urgently.
