Flabbergasting Service

Placed an order at 15:20. The Protea Gardens store accepted my order and then 4 minutes later called to say they don’t deliver. I’ve been calling for close to 2 hours to have my money returned. The store calls me at 17:15 and I’m being transferred from one person to another without being notified. The manager Ntombi Majola gave the phone to a certain male who decided to place my call on hold or back on the queue.

This is the worst service I’ve ever seen from a huge food brand such as Debonairs. I’m so livid and right now I want my money back. They can keep their food.
