I had a really bad experience with Debonairs today. I ordered online and delivery was really quick. But the driver only delivered a pizza, and I'd ordered a dessert as well. When I asked about it, he said that I should phone the restaurant to correct the error.

I called the restaurant five times. Every time I would be transferred to another extension that went unanswered. I would return the call and explain to the lady answering that the number she is transferring me to was not working, and she would just transfer me again.

In the end, I, being 38weeks pregnant, had to drive to the restaurant at 9 pm to collect the rest of my order. The only reaction I got from the supervisor there was "I'm so sorry ma'am. Thank you for your support."
