feedback on my complaint

I think its only fair I write about the response I got after complaining ....I was called and apologized for the service I received and told someone will be in touch with me, true to their word customer service did call and was so apologetic , I must say debonairs do care about their customers inspite of the incident I felt much better knowing they value their customers , not only did they apologize but to my surprise they gave me another order and a refund of the money I paid . Thank you debonairs for taking the time to rectify what had happenen (big thumbs up) I would advice the public to not get angry if you have a problem call the customer care you will be surprised at how polite an apologetic they are .
