Feared for my safety
Never in a million years have I experienced such bad customer service. Today the delivery guy got "lost"(who still gets lost in today's age with GPS). From the moment he called me until he(marius) left the complex I was being shouted at because he could not find my location. Not once did he lower his voice, while my child looked at this guy shouting at me. He hooted at the gate,couldn't wait for me to open. Shout for me to open the gate so he could leave. NEVER again will I use Debonairs in Brackenfell. Marius have no way of speaking to people, I felt like was going to be attacked by this man, he was so full of rage and anger.
