Fast Food(Not so fast)

<p>Hi Guys</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered a pizza on Friday evening online from Montana Crossing : 583878. This order was placed at 19:31 to be exact. We wanted to treat the little one's with a pizza but by the time the pizza arrived we had to make other plans as it took far too long. My first call to the Call centre was 20:22 and they said that the Manager will phone me back within 5 minutes. I called again and 20:31 and they again said I should have an answer in 5 minutes. I phoned repeatedly betwen 20:36 - 20:45 - as I wanted to cancel the order because of the service not being received. The driver then arrived at 20:49. Now to order fast food and to wait 80 minutes for it is not acceptable. I complained to the driver and his reply was : " we are very busy on Friday evenings and we should know that the pizza's will not take the normal time". If this is the case cant they pick up the phone and communicate this. I dont think you should expect payment if you dont bother to phone your clients back which is what the call centre told me. I am still very disappointed that I still havent received the promised phone call and will not pay for this kind of service in future. I was actually just climbing in my car to get something else when our food finnally arrived and if we didn't have the toddlers at home we wouldve sent the driver back.</p>
