false information/ no feedback

I posted a complaint about Debonairs and the bad service I received, Debonairs never contacted me after responding to me via hello Peter, after receiving a SMS from them informing me that my complaint had been resolved and my case had been closed, I then called their customer service number that was provided in their response, I was informed that they had closed the complaint, I will never buy from any Debonairs again, no one ever contacted me to apologize, or make up for the way I had been yelled at by their manager, or humiliated by their delivery guy when he refused to give me my order outside my home, it has been over a month and not a soul from Debonairs had the decency or care to say something for their pathetic customer service, I have let all my friends and family in on this matter and strongly suggest that they do not support Debonairs at all, my mom in law experienced something similar and she too will never buy from Debonairs again.<br> They do not care about their customers, seriously appalled at the lack of effort and bad service I have received, I have never experienced anything like this ever!
