False delivery notification!!!!

********, you guys suck, i bought a pizza stupidly i paid online and later it said delivered while i was waiting outside the whole time, i had to waste my airtime again and call your call center and they took their sweet time to answer!!!, why the **** do you do this because i have noticed it's the second time this has happened where i had to call the manager and later my pizza will arrive cold !!!!
