False and misleading information

I placed an order on the 13.09.2021 via the debonairs app and made immediate online payment to the debonairs at springs gate. I received confirmation of my order only to be called 10minutes later by their driver to tell me that they don't deliver to my area. This is the most fustrating thing ever. Why did the site accept my order only for them to call me and tell me they can't deliver. To top it off they have the nerve to ask me to meet them halfway so they can deliver my order. So I as a female must now organise transport to meet people in random places and put my safety at risk? What nonsense is this? I'm uterly disappointed and completely dissatisfied with the service provided. Sies
