Yesterday 12 August 2025 just after 6pm I went to Debonairs at Ottery to get some dinner. I saw the promotion of a large triple decker pizza and 1.5lt coke for R209.99 which I then ordered. I was told afterwards I cannot order it as the promotion is no longer valid (there was no promotion date on the board) I asked how is this possible and I was told it supposed to be taken off already and the cashier called the manager. The "manager" came and just confirmed to the cashier that I cannot order I'll just have to order the triple decker on its own which will be the normal price. He didn't even have the decency to apologize to me it was as if I didn't exist and the cashier just had to relay the message while I am standing right infront of him. I feel this was extremely unprofessional and as a manager if you know the promotion has ended you should've put up a notice then. What have you been doing all day as I only got there the evening so it makes me wonder how many customers did you disappoint throughout the day
