False advertising regarding guaranteed prizes

Debonairs is advertising a guaranteed prize when you purchase a large pizza. However, at the counter, at Riverside Mall, you are given the promotion pizza, which is excluded from the prizes. When asked for the large, as per online orders, you are informed that it is online only. The over counter price is R10 to 15 more. When you have a special needs Child whose favour meal is pizza, it makes it very difficult to explain false advertising to him. This is the second bad service from Debonairs on one month.
