False advertising from Debonairs "when the dot is black, your pizza is free"

I ordered a pizza at 07:12 but it was delivered at 08:45...when i collected the pizza the dot was black....according to you, you say that when the dot is black then your pizza is free...i told the delivery guy that i shouldn't pay for it as the dot is black...so the delivery guy gave me a menager's number (Pertunia) who is VERY RUDE when i spoke to her on phone...she said she tried calling me but my fone was just ringing after she changed and said the phone was not going through of which its bull ****....this Petunia thing was very rude and said i cant have the pizza for free and that i should rather leave it... This caused an inconvenience for my family as i had to go out and look for alternative food for my family....What i experience today was unprofessional and unacceptable...
