False advertising

I went to Chris hani mall today and then I decided to buy the real deal pizza for my son for R69 that is being advertised in the billboards, that pizza cost me R89 and the cashier Nomsa Khumalo said that it's not what we see I also have the receipt with me . So what must we do with false advertising. Please help
