FALSE ADVERTISING.
FALSE ADVERTISING
So on the 30th September 2019 I ordered a sweet chiili chicken pizza at about 6pm. it took almost 2 hours for my order to be delivered. when it finally came through, my pizza was cold and i was still made to pay for it. The advert always says FREE DELIVERY. Yet i was made to pay R15 for delivery. The delivery guy even left with my slip so that i dont have proof.
So i went to the same shop i ordered from which is DEBONAIRS COSMO CITY MALL. The manager told me she cant help and all she can do is offer me a discont for my next purchase. On the advert it clearly states that if my pizza is cold my meal is FREE!!!... They also said on tv that DELIVERY IS FREE. yet i was made to pay. when i called the number no one answeres
Ive never encountered such disappointment with debornairs pizza until i came to cosmo city.
