False advertising

I'm a bit confused because Debonairs claims free delivery but everytime I order a R10 delivery charge is added to my bill. The nearest outlet is 2km away from my house so it makes no sense. This is not only false advertising but it is also misleading to say the least.

Reviewer Update
Just got a call from some guy at Debonairs regarding the complaint I wrote. Needless to say the call didn't address anything except to try and prove me, the customer wrong. We kept going back and forth about the distance as if I don't know how far it is to the nearest outlet. Guy argues that I live 3.8km away but I live 2.2km away. Advertising says free delivery, guy says it's free if you live less than 3km away. Clearly this people haven't been told that you don't argue with a customer. Their pizza doesn't even offer anything to write home about.
