False advertising

So I installed the Debonairs delivery app earlier to order food for my family in Brackenfell since I am working in Richards Bay at the moment. Signed up and completed the order with all details and asked for delivery since according to the app Cape Gate branch do deliver. Paid up and about 5 minutes later I got a call from the Debonairs call centre telling me that the said branch does not deliver. So I was promised that I will get my money back since my order is currently with the Cape Gate branch and they do not deliver, I expect that the money are being deposited back into my account. Just very frustrated that the wrong info are still on the app and no one bother doing anything about it
