False advertising

So I have been struggling with Debonairs Zevenwacht to deliver at my address. I have escalated it and it was told that I live outside their delivery zone.

For this last week I saw a debonairs advert on TV advising that they deliver everywhere. I find this very annoying as when I try to use the app that it still advise that they do not deliver in my area.

I called the shop to advise that even though their television advert advised that they delivery everywhere I am unable to order on their mobile app. To which the manager advise that is only applicable for the customer who live within their delivery zone.

I have told the manager that I see the delivery guy quite often either coming from a delivery or a out to deliver. I asked if my area is not in their delivery area why the driver not have an alternative route. I explained that based on distance I live closer to Zevenwacht Mall than in which their delivery zone is.

I am not happy as this is false advertising. An apology will need to be broadcast and it needs to said on their advert that the advert is only for certain people who live within there delivery zone. Also they need to update their mobile app so that a map can show where their delivery zone is and what areas within in a suburb falls into this.
