This saddens me to my core knowing that my favourite pizza shop would disappoint me...
i order a 2 pizza special for a abnormal price for debonairs pizza. when the pizza came it was the pizza i order with the topics on which you could only choose from a limited range but there was 1/3 the normal topics on a tipical example of faking a special by lowering your standard for an acceptable pizza for a cheaper price at the cost of the customers view of the business
faking a special i a tactical to make a quick buck by selling products witch is under the normal stander the business has. this will not win over the loyalty of a customer but will lose the loyalty of consumers and WILL leave a bad impression of the business
