Failure to deliver complete things ordered

On the 26th of October 2021 around 10:25 i placed an order online for pizza and 1lt coke..order arrived from debonairs tsakane mall with only the pizza and no coke..i asked the driver where is my coke and he told me they did not give him and he said he will be back soon with my drink..couple of hours waiting the driver he did not come back..i contact debonairs via the app and told them what was happening and only be told they would escalate matter till today no one came back to me and gave me my refund for the coke..i am very disappointed in their service as this is not the first time..even their sister franchise steers tsakane mall once did mess up my order and gave me the wrong food as they use the same delivery..im very disappointed n they must know they lost a customer..my order number was #***2
