Failure to deliver and give good service in lone with your values

Debonairs Thorntree mall: I have. Been waiting for more than 2 hours for my order . No one had the courtesy to call me and explain if there is delays or if they won’t be able to deliver . Why the hell would my family and I be made TO wait for two hours only not to deliver ? This is unprofessional and pathetically disappointing You rated our customer service as bad.
