Failure to deliver

I ordered a pizza from Sibusiso, and specifically told him that my lunch would be ending at 12:30 and that after that I may not be able to answer my phone. He said it was okay and that they would deliver to my department. He told me that the delivery took only 45 mins and they would deliver before 12:30. An hour and a half later I get a call but couldn't answer I did not mind it as I had arranged for the pizza to be delivered directly to me. I waited for the delivery person to show up. 15 mins later I called to find out where my order was and this rude lady saysvto me that she came to me to deliver and refused to bring my order back she then told me that they would not be making anymore deliveries for the day and hung up to my surprise about an hour later a delivery is made from the same pizza place to the department opp mine. I used my airtime to order and make a query just to get a late delivery that I never got and a bad attitude.
