Failer to deliver

Its very dissapointing to experience such bad management from the two most biggest and busiest franchises in Soweto both Dobsonville and Jabulani. I saw your ads about this new Triple Decker promotion and it looked so delicious. decided to go to Dobsonville after work to go buy and i was told that they are out stock. Because i was really craving for it i decided to drive to Jabulani and when i got there again i was told they are out of sausages. Now this is strange because obviously this time of the month you should anticipate a high demand for this pizza since its a new thing. This is dissapointing because both store managers know very well this time of the month its peak and its very pathetic to be told things are out of stock. Im really disaapointed wih the service and to think of my petrol i wasted for nothing and whose gonna reimburse me for the loss of my petrol because you created an expectation that you failed to meet. Dissappointing, very poor planning and management
