Fail to deliver

On 26 February I tried to make a telephone booking to place an Awesome Foursome order at Vangate Mall. The number ********** 000 got me to Langa branch and when I phoned the Call Centre I also was given the same number. Unfortunately I had to go physically to the Vangate Mall. When wanting to place my order I was told then that they only had one flavor and not the 5 as advertised. I told the lady I need to place an order for 7 as I have a function. Sadly they could not accommodate me and having a function in 2 hours I had no other option but to place my order for 7 Awesome Foursome pizzas with ALL the same flavor. I told the lady I at least expect a reduction in the prize even though it wont compensate the embarrassment this leaves me at. Well waiting almost an hour I was given a 2L coke for waiting loooong. The efforts of Abigail and the manager(Ateeka) were admired as they tried to save the day for Debonairs but Debonairs policy of not affording a reduction in the price when they cannot deliver on what they advertise left a sour taste more than the ONE FLAVOUR in the mouth.............I was expecting AWESOME retribution service due to their failure.
