Faerie Glen Worst Service Ever

If I can I would give Faerie Glen Debonairs a 0. Absolutely the worst service we have received from any Debonairs. Waited an hour and 15 minutes before a phoned to follow up on our order where the only response I received was that the order is out for delivery. After another hour we received out pizzas. We waited two hours and 15 minutes for the pizzas and it was already 21:00. I think that it is absolutely unexceptable.

We normally order from Silver Oaks Debonairs and have never had any problems with them. Always on time and good pizzas.
