Extremely unsatisfied customer
At around 7pm on 20/03/2016 I called to get a pizza delivered for me & a friend. As usual my call was taken but strangely enough I was directed to a call center- the lady asked for my details after I placed my order & after I had told her that all my details should reflect as normal she then told me it was a call center & they didn't have my details on their system. Fair enough I proceeded to give my details she confirmed my order & told me it would take about 40mins for my delivery, I agreed. However 2 hours passed with NO DELIVERY!!!!!! Please bear in mind that this is a SUNDAY EVENING & I had a GUEST OVER WITH NOTHING TO EAT!!!!<br> I would have appreciated if a call was made @ least an hour after I ordered to inform me that the delivery could not be made- but none of that happened. I was left sitting with a guest with nothing prepared to eat!!!<br> I'm highly disgusted & disapoimted @ the level of service I received.<br> I await your response!!!<br> <br> Highly disapointed customer<br> Ms.Omar
