Extremely terrible service at Debonairs Maponya Mall restaurant

On the 25th of July, I received the worst service ever from the Debonairs Maponya Mall restaurant. I placed an online order for a large Creamy Chicken Triple Decker pizza. I placed the order at around 18:13 PM. I only received my order at 21:20 PM. By then I was trying to call the restaurant to complain and even there the service was horrible,. By the time I got in touch with the manager Teboho Moeketsi, he said he'd make another Pizza and give mme an extra one. But even he ended up messing my order and giving me a wrong pizza with sausages. And pork and I don't eat pork. I need someone senior to call me so that this can be rectified and address.. This type of set is unacceptable...
