Extremely slow delivery, cold pizza and terrible customer service

On 14 Aug 2021 I ordered a pizza for delivery over the mobile app. After approximately 1 hour, I called the branch (Langenhoven Park) to enquire about my order. I was told that my order was ready and would be delivered shortly. After more than 2.5 hours since I placed the order, the pizza arrived but was completely cold. I made complaints about this and the Debonairs Facebook page told me that they would get back to me (I requested them to get back to me via email). I did not get any response from them, except that the team would get back to me. On 18 Aug I enquired for a second time and again got a similar response. To date, nothing has been done to rectify the bad service. I don't think a more than 2.5 hour waiting time is acceptable, and furthermore, a cold pizza that I paid R153 for, is completely disgusting.
