extremely rude and shocking service

on Friday I placed a telephonic order for collection ,got home and noticed the first pizza had barely any chicken on it so the very same time I called to report it to the manager (Frank)and I told him there is no chicken here and no sauce either on the pizza ,he sent a new pizza which was fine I then get a call from Andrew the branch manager telling me im a **** and a ***** and that I ate the chicken off the pizza and that he don't need customers like me an will delete me off the system we got into an argument and I wnt to to the store to which it seemed as if Andrew was drunk on duty as he constantly insulted me he squashed the pizza infront of me and told me his keeping it for evidence as I stole the chicken off the pizza,if I pay for something I expect to get my moneys worth,im no ***** and im looking for no freebies from url but I will say the behaviour was disgusting I will continue to boycott debonairs and vow never to put foot in urls store. shocking behaviour from a manager accusing me of *****ing chicken off the pizza when I called the same time I received it,he agrees there was no chicken on the pizza but that's cause I ate it off. People like him need to learn .SHOCKING
