Extremely poor service from an outlet I use go trust

I received the worst service ever. I made my online order at Lebowakgomo Debonairs at 17:53. I then called the store at 18:55 to find out how far they were with my order , I was told that it's now on it's way with the delivery guy. I then decided to visit the store in order to check what was going on at 20:14, upon arrival the one of the ladies informed me that the store was closed, I then asked where my order was and she went to the shelve and gave it to me, I merely accepted it because the kids were waiting for it, the pizza was not up to standard. I guess this was my last purchase.
