EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

At around 18:01 I ordered a pizza, wings & pudding, at 18:15 I got a call from the shop Debonairs confirming my location. After an hour without any messages about the whereabouts of the dilevery I phoned the shop to find out about my order and they said it was a call center not the shop but I could hear the orders being called at the back & because I am born & raised in Dobsonville I knew that it was not a call centre because our telephone code is 011 988. I then decided to drive to the shop to find out or to buy from there. Upon getting there I was assisted by the guy called Kutlwano who checked my phone numbers & went to the delivery screen & it showed that the delivery guy Gift left the shop at 18:52. Kutlwano asked me to pay and go wait for the delivery if it has not arrived by then it was 20:15. I got home still nothing only to receive my delivery at 20 35. The excuse givven by Gift was that he got a puncher when trying to take short cuts to deliver which is all nonsense because from my place to the shop is 2 min drive.
