extremely poor service during these harsh times

On Friday, 26th at 5.30 pm I ordered from the Sam Ntuli Mall store online, y order was accepted, no details are stated that the order will take 1 hour 45 min, however upon tracking my order, it was ready in an hour 30 min, but when I tried to call the store a rude lady answered and upon explaining that I placed an order and that it was taking so long she rudely stated that it takes about 1 hour 45 min, and when I said that the order was completed, she dropped the call on me, on y second attempt another lady answered and asked for my details she stated that the driver will call me back for directions as the order was ready, No call and the order arrives 2 hours 50 minutes later, I returned the order stated that it was almost 3 hours and it was unacceptable, the driver arrived at 8.20 pm. The second day on the 27th I really wanted to have pizza so I tried again at 6 pm placed an online order, order accepted, and this time the driver calls me at 8.12 pm 2 hours 12 min after my order was accepted, again I did not accept as it was more than 2 hours. The store should accept responsibility and apologise for poor service.
