Extremely poor service

On the 9th of November bought a pizza on our local branch Dube on the app. I ordered chicken and mushroom double stsck. The came so dry snd it had no creamy cheese. I called the store spoke to the nanager to send back their yo takee their pizza back coz they brought what i never ordered. He told me its late but he will send the driver the following date which was the 10th November. I waited for the driver the whole with their pizza and now its starting to bring insects. Dube manager didnt have a decency to call me as promised. Now i have no choice but to throw it in the bin.
