Extremely poor service

I ordered a pizza on 25 August 2017 with the Debonairs Pizza application. This application told me that I would get free delivery from a branch nearby, so I selected this option. They phoned me later to tell me that they do not know my area and will not be able to deliver to us. We told them we will pick it up then, they agreed. We went to the same debonairs that the application said was free delivery and everything was closed. The next day we phoned them to ask about the order then they told us no one came to collect it and that they were there for a while after they should have closed. They offered to make it again and asked us to pick it up. We asked them to transfer it to another branch closer to us (which was closed when we tried them), they said they couldn't transfer the order and offered my money back. I still have not received my money and it has been a week.
