Extremely poor service

A while ago I used the online app to be pizza delivered to my house. The Message I received said, it will take approximately 40 minutes for delivery. After and hour, I decided to go and fetch my pizza myself. Then today, I experienced the same thing. I ordered pizza, and waited for two hours, then nothing happened, in the meantime, I tried phoning 3 times the forth time the shop answered. Then I was told it will take approximately 2 hours for delivery, that was after I waited two hours. I drove to fetch my pizza, and I flipped at the manager on duty because she had so many different excuses. When I got home with the pizza, she phoned and my wife answered, and she came with another excuse that one of their drivers had an accident. Before I could take the phone she hung up. While I was at the shop the staff weren't even attempting to help to the relieve the stress as there were walk in customers whom was waiting for over and hour, and the finished food were piled high. It seems there is an attitude problem with the staff. I am very happy with the quality of food however the service sucked for a second time. They have unfortunately lost another customer.
