Extremely late delivery and no refund

I ordered pizza at 20:10 and I had to wait until my family went to bed with out dinner because debonairs had still not delivered, I had even tried to call thier land line and still no answer. At 22:30pm the delivery guy called and said he is at the gate and I asked him why is he late and he never responded so I told him we are sleeping and will no longer take the order as the kids are already sleepin. The next day I have called head office and they said they will lodge the complaint. Nd I will get my refund in 48 hours. A lady by the name of Langa helped me on the phone and suggested that I go to the shop and speak to the manger as they dont answer thier phones at debonairs Gezina.
