Extremely late and dissapointed

Extremely poor service I live 600m from the store since it was late and raining I had to order on the app. Firstly you call 100 times and there’s no answer they couldn’t even find my order telling me the app and their system doesn’t work the same I waited 2:30 hours to get my order I was told to call the uber driver when I called she was 10km away going another delivery but logically my house is just across the mall. I’m appalled by this ********** service
