Extremely horrible service

Today i went in my 30 minute lunch to get pizza at debonairs golden acre. I sat there waiting for my order until my lunch was conplete. I aproached the lady at the till advising her im still waiting for my order. After she took my slip she went to the back and started shouting at them. She came back to me advising they have missed my order however she wil give me the one in the oven now. I told her i dont have time as iam on lunch and iam already late. She said it will take about 5 minutes. I said to her please give my money back as i need to leave. She again took her time and gave my money back. I went back to work hungry n thirsty n late. I was so angry and could not function properly. I was absolutely amazed at the poor service. Not evan a manager came out to apologise. I had to go home and cook something, wich i was not prepared for as i was getting the pizza for supper as well. I really need this to be escalated as it is unacceptable.
