Extremely disappointing service from Debornairs.

Worst service I have ever experienced with Debornairs delivery. I placed an order with Debornairs Plaza Phoenix Branch at 17H30, I was advised that my order will be with me within 25-45 mins. I than called at 16h17 and was advised that my order will be with me at any minute. So I ended the called and was still fine. It then was 16h30 one hour went by, 13 minutes went pass when I was told that I must just check outside as it has left and should be with me within the minute. I have my 2 and 4 year old kids crying for the pizza. So I called again and was put on hold, whilst she was apparently following up with the order but I could hear in the background her in fa t completing another order. She then got back to me advising that the pizza has already left the store and will be with me any minute and I said but that is what you just told me 15 minutes ago. She then rudely said I will call the driver and check. Meaning that she didn't actually speak to the driver when she put me on hold. And she then just put the phone down. I was fuming at this situation and if it weren't for my kids I honestly would have just sent the pizza back. The pizza then arrived at 16h43, the sticker on the pizza box was not to my surprise BLACK, when holding the pizza I could feel how cold it was. This was really just such terrible service. Honestly. We always order from Debornairs as my family is pizza crazy family, but really this time it was just ridiculous. I'm not someone that ever would complain but honestly this was just really not acceptable.
