Extremely Disappointed with Service and Quality at Debonairs Silversands

I recently bought a pizza from Debonairs Silversands and had a truly disappointing experience. Despite paying extra for additional sauce, my pizza arrived completely dry, badly cut, and of very poor quality. It was definitely not up to Debonairs’ usual standard.

When I complained, I was told that someone would call me back the following day — but I never received any call. I have made numerous attempts to contact the store since then, yet no one has gotten back to me or offered any assistance.

This is an unacceptable way to treat paying customers. I spent my hard-earned money and expected at least decent service and a proper response to my complaint. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both their product quality and their lack of customer care.
