Extremely Disappointed

Placed order and received email it is being prepared at 19h24 on the 2nd of January. At 20h28 we called the shop as we have not received our order as yet. We were advised that the driver is on his way and that is was taking longer due to rain. At 20h55 we called again and then the lady answering the phone started arguing that we just need to wait. We then spoke to a manager that said he would call the driver and get back to us, he indeed then did call us back saying that the driver was waiting infront of another clients gate as they weren't opening but he will be with us in 5 min. Our pizzas arrived around 21h15. Over 2 hours wait! It was ice cold and extremely disappointing. Debonairs promised high quality and warm delivery and this was not near that promise. I am extremely disappointed with Debonairs, I hope they will do something to rectify my opinion about them
