Extremely bad service from Debonairs Eldorado Park

Horrible customer service.

Debonairs Eldorado Park has lost a loyal customer for good. After placing an online order to get my food delivered to my house I was whatsapp called by the driver to be informed that they can't deliver to my house as they don't do deliveries to my area. Mind you I stay in Eldorado Park and I'm ordering from Debonairs Eldorado Park. I paid for my order online when placing my order. The driver then proceeds to ask me to come to the main road to wait for my food imagine the nerve. After telling him that it's not possible and that I specifically requested for the food to be delivered ved to my house and the order was accepted by the store. He then told me he would ask the manager to call me. A minute later the manager by the name of Nhlanhla calls me and says that it won't be possible and he will speak to finance to reimburse me. I'm now stuck between a rock and a hard place. I need to find another place to deliver food to my home and I dont have the funds to buy food as Debonairs needs to refer the matter to finance. I'm totally appalled by this treatment.

If you can't deliver to a certain area then state that on your website.
