Extremely bad service.

I placed an order with debonairs Dobsonville mall at 18h12 on the 25th March 2022 for delivery and paid online. According to the app their order tracking system was not working so tracking my order online was impossible. I called the number ***) provided on the notification of receipt of order 4 times speaking to 4 different people but my call kept on being dropped, trying to make arrangements so that I can collect my order because I could see that it was getting late. I had promised my son that I'll buy him pizza, of which I did but debonairs Dobsonville mall didn't bother to deliver nor even at least notify me in the progress of the order. My son slept on an empty stomach and upset 😡. Thanks to the poor service of debonairs Dobsonville mall. The delivery guy decided to call (+***) 22h33 and he wants me to get out of my bed and meet up with him 4 hours later. I want my refund as in yesterday.
