Extremely bad service

I oredered a pizza today 5 September 2020 from the Phoenix branch. I called the store after 40 minutes only to find iut the pizza was still in the store. The driver brings the pizza to my home 1 hour 20 mins later without a speed point machine. I then called the store to let them know that the pizza has arrived and its cold. The manager calls ne back and was really rude. She insisted that the fpod was delayed cause of loadshedding. I live in the area and we had loadshedding from 4 to 6. My order was only placed after 6. 30. When i told the lady that I wont be paying for it she said that she will call the police. I did however pay for the order as the driver was in tears. This is really unacceptable. You cannot have a promise on ypur bix and not stick to it. I habe always ordered from Debonairs. The service received today is really unacceptable. I don't think I would purchase from you again as the staff is very rude
