Extremely bad service

Went to debonairs pizza Park station today and that was the worst bad service ever had, arrived at the place at 09h45 was told that they opening at 11h00 while the advertised time on the window says they opening@ 09h30, we waited for more than an hour for them to open, 11h00 while I was approaching the door was rudely paused and told to wait outside because the oven is not ready, after I've waited for more than an hour again had to wait another 12minutes to place an order, the service at this restaurant is not acceptable at all, because even going inside the floor's were still dirty to the extent that I asked myself what was done from 09h45 till 11h00 with the bad service offered. Please may this fixed or next time will take this to the food inspector's.
