Extremely BAD Service

<p>Yesterday we decided to order Debonairs for the first time in a very long time.</p> <p>The main reason is that they are highly overpriced compared to other take out pizza stores.</p> <p>First, when i went onto the site, i saw the promotion where they offer 50% off for oderering online when you download the app. We did download the app and all the functions except that spesific option worked, I called the helpline and they advised that there is a propblem with the app and we must keep trying. How confinient, as the promotion ends today.</p> <p>Second, we then ordered normaly. After 50 minutes i called the store and they confirmed that the order has been received and that it had just left for delivery.</p> <p>We waited another 20 minutes (70 minutes in total) whereafter I received the call that they were at the gate with the order (we stay 3.1km from the store).</p> <p>By that time I already ordered sushi from the chinese store close by and already on my way to collect, so, I told them that I am no longer interested in accepting the order due to the time that it took them to prepare and deliver.</p> <p>It took the chinese shop (also freshly prepared), to make up my order of a 28 piece plater in 10 minutes.</p> <p>Debonairs service, NO!</p>
