Extremely bad service

What a horrible experience this was!!! So I yesterday evening I decided to order pizza using the Debonairs app, the time was 19:18 when the restaurant accepted my order. Time passed by and I thought let me track my order on the app but I got an error, then thought maybe my order will come through, 21:10 I decided to call the restaurant but there was no answer, I went back to the app and logged a complaint. Only then Elizabeth from Vanderbijlpark debonairs Called 21:55 telling me that they had an influx orders due to Vaalmall being closed , I get that but it Annoys me that I had to complain first on the app before they could call and update me about my order, the lady was really unapologetic instead she was asking if I still want my order or I'll get it the following day since it was already late, I had to ask questions in order for me to know that they had many orders. They called me again at 22:11 and it was a guy this time, who told me to come out and stand by my gate in 7 minutes, really at that time of the night, they made it seem like they were doing me a favor for their incompetence, the guy didn't even get to my gate in 7 minutes I got my food 3 hours after later, they delivered the food exactly 22:24.. Debonairs Vanderbijlpark your service was really poor, and I don't think I'll ever buy from you guys as this was not the 1st incident of this nature.
