Extremely Bad experience

On Saturday the 30th I made an order #*** I had to call after approximately an hour to enquire about my order and I was told it will be delivered, but immediately after my order was placed, I received a confirmation via sms that my order has been delivered, that confused me because I was yet to receive it. The driver contacted me regarding the direction while we were busy on the call it got cut off. I assumed that he will try me again it was not to be. I contacted the order site they assured me that the order will be delivered, I waited and waited, people were getting impatient that's when I contacted the call center again and again, I counted 5 times, no order. Eventually the driver called again, that was two and half hours later, when I answered, the driver impatiently asked "where did you say you are staying?" I then asked 'After 2 hours of delay that's the best you can do?' He said it's wet outside, I'm not going to rush because of your stupid pizzas, do you want your pizza or not" I then asked to speak to the manager, that's when he dropped the call and that was the last I saw of my pizza. I find the behaviour of the drive rude and condescending. I spoke at length with the Branch Manager about this, I'm not going to accept to be treated this way with my money. Because of the behaviour of the driver, I took my car, went to Romas pizza because my family wanted pizza. I WILL NOT SET FOOT AT ANY OF DEBONAIRS PIZZA SO I CAN BE MISTREATED BY ITS AMBASSADORS. Your driver, who represent your frontline staff who represent what Debonair stand for dealt with my confident and now I am afraid to set foot in your stores.
