Extreme dissatisfaction

I placed an order on the Debonairs app for delivery at the Debonairs Strand Street (Cape Town) Restaurant. All this happened an hour or so before I get to the office where they were supposed to deliver.

Fast forward, I get to the office and wait for my delivery and nothing happens to a point that I physically walk over there to collect it. As if that wasn't enough, I got there and my order was not made at all.

I was livid and the infuriating part is that nobody bothered to apologize.

I reported the issue and up to this day nothing has been done. I am extremely EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and furious at the customer service Famous Brands is dishing out of late.
