extra charged while online says my delivery is free

<p>I had ordered pizza online, its clearly said " YOUR DELIVERY IS FREE but when the delivery was made i was now charged extra R15,00 he said its for ordering beyond delivery kilometer readings, so how can both him and the online system say two different stories?????</p> <p>Who is telling the Truth?</p> <p> </p> <p>Its a bad business transitions for one..and still its expected of me to refer people to your franchise?
