Excessively late deliveries of orders

Very disappointed with the service from Debonairs at Sam Ntuli Mall. I ordered at 7:00 PM, and by 9:00 PM my order still hadn’t arrived, despite the app promising delivery by 7:30 PM. This isn’t the first time—on a previous occasion, my order arrived after nearly 3 hours and had to be rejected, even worse I had to deal with a rude driver, he showed no empathy and instead kept arguing with me. This repeated poor service and lack of reliability is unacceptable. I hope this gets resolved soon
